On Wednesday (27\/9), the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) held Public Hearing No. 9\/2023, with the aim of obtaining contributions on the proposal to improve the administrative process for determining infractions and imposing penalties governed by Resolution No. 5,083, of April 27, 2016.<\/p>\n\n

Interested parties were able to take part in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) session of the PA, which was attended in person by 18 people, to which 224 virtual participations were added.\nThe PA session included 7 face-to-face oral demonstrations, 10 virtual registrations and 3 virtual oral participations. <\/p>\n\n

The Resolution under discussion regulates the administrative process for investigating infractions and imposing penalties arising from conduct that violates land transport legislation and the duties established in bidding notices, concession, permission and lease contracts and authorization grant terms, within the scope of ANTT.<\/p>\n\n
