ANTT’s user satisfaction assessment for regulated services is back

Participation period runs until December 31st

The National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) has made available to society its Satisfaction Assessment for services under its regulatory remit, such as semi-urban passenger transport, rail and road freight transport, tourist and regular passenger rail transport, federal highways under concession, international passenger transport and charter transport.

The aim of the evaluation is to find out the different opinions and expectations of users in order to improve the planning of ANTT’s regulatory and inspection actions.

Evaluation is important for improving the quality of the services provided. Through it, it is possible to identify situations that deserve greater attention from the Agency in its supervisory role, providing guidelines for effective actions based on quantitative, qualitative and geolocation data.

It will also be possible to create and refine regulatory standards, improve regulatory impact analyses and the criteria for prioritizing projects on ANTT’s Regulatory Agenda.

The collection of evaluations runs until December 31, 2023. Click on the desired link and take part!
