The next step is to issue the concession and authorization to sign the contract for BR-277/373/376/476/PR and PR-418/423/427.
The Board of Directors of the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) published the results of the auction for the concession of the BR-277/373/376/476/PR and PR-418/423/427 highway system (Rodovias do Paraná), which was won by Infraestrutura Holding XXI S.A. The bidder presented a discount on the basic toll rate of 18.25% and an additional contribution of R$25 million, under the terms and conditions set out in Public Notice 1/2023.
The approval binds Infraestrutura Brasil Holding XXI S.A. to comply with the conditions precedent to signing the contract, contained in the tender notice.
Concession
Infraestrutura Brasil Holding XXI S.A., part of the Pátria Investimentos group, will be responsible for the operation, conservation, expansion and maintenance of Lot 1 in Paraná for 30 years. This concession will cover Curitiba and cities in its metropolitan area, such as Araucária, Campo Largo, Imbituva, Irati, Lapa and Prudentópolis.
